Components of Food


What we eat daily has the following gross components:

Carbohydrates
Proteins
Fat
Essential vitamins
Minerals
Fibres
Water

All these components are important and we need all of them to be taken daily in recommended quantity. In my next few posts I will elaborate each of these componenent elaborately. Feel free to add comments and questions. I will try to answer your queries.
